Application
The ZS-SPBV series weather shields provide moderate protection to the butterfly valve actuators which are mounted outdoors. This product is not designed as a water tight enclosure due to the added holes for mounting. The one piece PVC housing allows for easy mounting of standard rotary style actuators.
Operation
The ZS-SPBV series weather shields are supplied as a one piece PVC enclosure with a removable cover. Holes can be added in the field to allow for connection of conduit connectors to the housing. There are removable screws to open the cover to mount and access the actuators. Also supplied is a rubberized gasket to ensure a tight seal.
